A common perpetrator of allergy and asthma symptoms may have met its match -- vitamin D. New research from LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans finds that vitamin D could be help fight against or prevent allergies to a common mold that worsens symptoms in patients with asthma and Cystic Fibrosis, Science Daily reports.
